Peach Cobbler Eggrolls

The perfect handheld delight!

I added a splash of Apple Crown Royal to the peaches to give it an extra depth of flavor and the cognac added in a nice touch. I couldn’t get the peaches to flambé so I just cooked down the liquor. After the eggrolls are assembled save that juice for a dipping sauce & fry them in oil at 350 for a couple mins on each side.

Ingredients:

-3 Cans of Peach Slices

-2 Tbs of Butter

-1/3 Cup Brown Sugar

-1/4 Cup White Sugar 

- 1/2 Tbs of Cinnamon 

-1 Tsp of Nutmeg

-Splash of Vanilla Extract 

-Splash of Apple Crown Royal (Cooked Down)

- 1 tbs Cornstarch (Make slurry with water) 

-Eggroll Wrappers 

-Powder Sugar/Cinnamon Sugar to finish
